Shipping Policies:
We ship via UPS only to non PO Boxes. Cost of shipping depends upon three factors:
- The weight of the package
- Destination zip code
- Method of delivery

Orders placed after 11:01AM CST may not ship out until the next day. Consequently, orders placed after 11:01AM on Friday may not ship out until Monday. In some cases, items may be shipped the same day they are ordered, but generally they will ship the next day.
In the event your order needs additional attention and it was placed after 11 AM Central Standard Time and needs to be shipped the same day or shipped UPS Next Day Air please call us!

Return Policies:
We guarantee satisfaction. Because of this, we will gladly allow you to return all unused merchandise, offer credit towards another product, or refund your money. Please note: There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns for refund; however, this does not apply to defective items. All orders carry a thirty (30) day money back guarantee. All returns must be received by us within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. NO EXCEPTIONS. We must receive your return within (30) days after you receive your item. Item(s) must be in resalable condition and have its original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for items returned. All return items must have all original packaging and the package must arrive back to us in excellent condition. If the package was poorly packed and the order comes back damaged, we must charge at least the 25% restocking fee depending on the condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after (30) days, sorry no exceptions.
You may return or exchange the item within (30) days after your order receipt. Carefully open the original packaging and case, DO NOT unwrap the chips from the rolls. Do not open any other item with seals. Merchandise must be in resalable condition in order to receive a refund minus shipping cost back and forth. There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns that come back unwrapped. Exchanges may take place with a 15% restocking fee depending on the circumstance. There are some items that you will not be able to return, no exceptions.
